About the Group

“Getting to Know Your Self is an art-based psychoeducation group designed to help teens explore what makes them unique, understand different parts of themselves, and develop healthy ways to express their thoughts and feelings.

Through guided art activities and group discussions, teens will:

Build self-awareness and confidence
Learn new coping and expression tools
Connect with peers in a safe, supportive environment

No prior art experience is required – just an open mind and curiosity!
