Taking the next step toward full licensure is one of the most formative seasons of your counseling career. At AimWell Counseling & Wellness, we offer clinical supervision services for LPC Associates who are already employed in a counseling role and seeking a qualified supervisor to support their licensure hours.
How It Works
Our supervision services are offered as a standalone professional relationship — separate from AimWell's clinical practice. You bring your own caseload. We provide structured, intentional supervision designed to help you grow as a clinician and move confidently toward full licensure.
Sessions are focused on your clinical development: case conceptualization, ethical practice, professional identity, and the real challenges that come with early-career counseling work.
Who This is For
This service is for LPC Associates who are currently employed as a counselor and are actively accumulating hours toward licensure. You must hold your own position elsewhere — AimWell does not provide client placement or employment as part of this arrangement.
